Plan for Photographing the band

I need to consider:

• Location - A lot of the bands I've researched are photographed in a natural setting or a social place.
• Equipment - I will need a high resolution camera, possible light sources and reflectors 
• Goals - The goal of this shoot is to deliver a convincing set of photographs.
• Theme - I want to keep it relaxed and casual
• Capture Personality - I want to put my subjects at ease so they come out of their shell more
